This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which offers good parking. This home boast 71' of concrete sea wall which offers direct access to Kemp Channel. The canal is 60' side and is great for larger boats with it's sizable dock frontage. For boat protection it includes boat whips, cleats and dock post. there is access to a dock box as well. After a successful day of fishing you can clean your fish on the bait table and your boat with the fresh water hose and electric that is available at the dock. Feel free to use the outside shower for your feet or just cool down from a day of sunning.
With wall to wall sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room which lead out onto a large covered porch that over looks the water, you can spend hours entertaining friends and family with outside dining; or just lounge and enjoy the magnificent view. The porch was my favorite thing about this unit!
Take a few steps down off the porch to a picnic table on the point. Or wander over the canal and dive right in. A swim ladder is provided for your safe return to land.
While inside enjoy 2 TV's, VCR&DVD, expanded cable so you can get the weather channel, limited On Demand for free movies and music, local calling for take out and the internet.
Of course it includes all the standard amenities: Central A/C, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fresh water and ice on door of the refrigerator, blender for those drinks, dishes and all pots, pans and baking dishes, if you want to entertain there are also larger platters and serving dishes.
No smoking permitted in the unit. Please feel free to bring your small dog (talk to Jan about definition of small). Security deposit required (for return guest this is reduced so let Jan know if you've visited before) and a cleaning fee will be charged.
